Please enquire at the Water Department district office if you do not receive your water bill four months after the water meter was installed.

How to apply for domestic water supply:

  • Fill in an application form available for RM1/set from the payment counter at the Water Department district office
  • Attach copies of your IC, land title, hire-purchase agreement, confirmation letter from village head or JKKK chairman, letter from district council/City Hall (if your house is in a village reserve)
  • Send the form to your Water Department district office

What to do if you wish to move or sell your house

  • Fill in application forms (available from the nearest Water Department office) for water supply termination and final bill
  • Settle your outstanding water bill
  • Fill in a deposit refund form to get your deposit refunded

  • Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN)
